Bernhardt Sponsors Young Musicians Competition

This years's winner of the 2012 Bernhardt House of Violins Competition for young upstate musicians was Ms. April Chen, ninth-grader at Christ Church Episcopal School in Greenville, SC and student of Dr. Eun-Sun Lee, Wofford College. Ms. Chen, pictured here with Joyce and Alex, magnificently performed her prize winning solo of Sarasate's Zigeunerweisen Friday evening, March 30, with the GAMAC Orchestra under the direction of Alex Spainhour.
